Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026.

True Convo is made by Cloudwork Systems ("we"). This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you visit this website or use True Convo. True Convo is still in development and is not available to the public yet. We will update this page before anything below changes, and before any new way of using True Convo (such as through another company's app) goes live.

This website has no sign-up forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may keep technical logs of visits, such as IP addresses, under GitHub's privacy statement. We don't receive or use those logs.

The True Convo app

Deleting your data

Because your information lives on your Mac, you are in control of it. True Convo keeps it in a few places on your Mac: its data folders (conversations, recordings, transcripts and history), its settings, and its keys in your Mac's Keychain. Removing the app alone does not remove these. Before True Convo is released, we will publish step-by-step instructions on this page that name every one of those places, so you can delete all of it.

If you have connected True Convo to another service, you can disconnect it at any time in that service's settings. If you believe we hold any information about you, contact us below and we will delete it.

Children

True Convo is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
